- Fill out the application for In-house Dental Savings Plan
- Turn the application in to our team at the front desk
- Decide how you would like to pay for your plan with cash, check or credit card.
- Once your plan is paid for, decide when you would like it to begin and it will be active for exactly 1 year
How to get started with the Dental Savings Plan
The Dental Savings Plan is an annual savings plan to benefit patients at My STL Dentist. Unlike an insurance plan, it helps you lock in savings immediately. There is no waiting period, and you can start using your plan as soon as you join!

Plan Details
- Two annual exams
- One Emergency exam
- Two Cleanings
- *(3-4) for periodontal patients
- Two Oral Cancer screenings
- Two Fluoride Treatments
- Bitewing X-Rays
- Any Individualized X-Rays Needed
- Panorex or Full-Mouth Series of X-Rays. One Every 5 years
- 50% OFF Nightguards and whitening trays
- 15% OFF Additional Cleanings, Sealants, Fillings, Core Buildups, Oral Surgery, Root Canals, Deep cleaning
- 15% OFF Crowns, Veneers, Dentures, Implants, Partials
Services that qualify for the 15% discount require the fees to be paid in full at the time of service. Fees are due in full at the time of enrollment and at the time of any additional services or the discount is void. Services listed must be completed within one calendar year of the enrollment date or they will be forfeited. Discounts and plan benefits are not transferable.
Plan Exclusions and Limitations
This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. Dental Savings Plan annual premiums must be paid with either cash, check or credit card. This plan is only honored at My STL Dentist (Sunset Hills, MO). It cannot be used at any other dental office:
- In conjunction with another dental plan, dental insurance or financing program such as CareCredit
- For treatment which, in the sole opinion of our doctors, lies outside the realm of their capability
- For referrals to specialists
- Nitrous Oxide Fees
- Implant retained or supported removable appliances
- Snore appliances
- Clear Aligners
- Teeth whitening supplies
- Botox/Xeomin Injections
- For hospitalizations or hospital charges of any kind
- For costs of dental care which are covered under automobile medical
- For services of injuries covered under workers’ compensation
